I organised a work meeting at Bartle Hall, booking the room, discussing menus and seating options was done with great attention to detail. Upon arrival of this beautiful hotel all the staff were greeted very politely and we headed to the bar area. It would of been easy just to sit there all night admiring the snowy view out of the windows. We were then escourted to the conference room with the log fire crackling away on a cold January night. I'd pre ordered the Lamb Hotpot which was brilliant I have to say all the team loved how tender the lamb was with great presentation also. The food service was also second to none. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I look forward to returning and staying for the night.

Good food, lovely rooms, staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive would recommend

Yesterday we went to Bartle hall for our work Xmas night out. The food was good but the amateur DJ managed to almost clear the room of approx 70 people because of his poor music choice and awful mixing skills. There was a total lack of atmosphere and the only person who was enjoying it was the DJ. It would have been better if they had just put Spotify on all night.

Got to say what a fantastic lil gem of a place. Well looked after, lovely grounds, nice staff and all of good quality. I struggle to walk, they put me in the cottages to save me on stairs. Room was perfect, staff was polite and couldn't do enough. We was in Blackpool, but wanted to not actually stay in Blackpool. Glad we didn't as this made the weekend. Only one gripe, and this is me being fussy... I like a nice brandy before bed. Bar tender used more ice than brandy... I don't even like ice. Again that's me trying to find a fault so it still gets the full 5 stars. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful surroundings and interior. Fantastic cheese and onion pie....needed beans though not mushy peas! Bar was a bit pricey and rooms are a little on the snug side.
