Closed almost half the week, but good kids section

the staff here have no customer service skills at all, the ladies that work there do not seem bothered at all to help..i came in with my child for the thursday storytime and asked for some help ..they said i had to book a pc for basic information...all i heard was "im sorry i cant do this" i asked for some recommendation for books and was given a blank stare....then told the lady could not leave the desk as her colleague was on break .. i waited 30 mins then because i was with my baby went home...the staff there do not want to assist .all i heard was gossip about other staff and things going on which should not be done in front of us.They look like just come in and get paid looking very unhappy ....i then went to stratford library and had a much better experience...staff were friendly..talkative ..helpful ......i then obtained a card at leabridge and went on the pc and was told that i could not get any help with a form i did not understand one question...there was also people talking loudly and drinking in the computer room..the staff just walked by and ignored it ...the library itself is nice i like it...the staff not so much ...maybe some training needed.!!!

staff not helpful

good children's section but almost zero serious selection for adults, closed half the week and staff seem uninterested
