They offer exceptional great services to the community.. Even in busy periods, they still manage to squeeze patients in to see doctors on duty. The doctors do call back. For those that condemn the services they provide, when next you call for booking or to speak to the doctor/nurse, pause and listen to the receptionist/doctors when they offer you medical advice. If you are aggressive, you make matters worse. Ensure the brain is in gear before you speak. happy New Year

Poor service!!! The receptionist this morning was so rude with me! I wouldn't recommend this surgery! Just tried to book an appointment for my GP but It seems that the girl on the reception doesn't care! Awful behaviour!!! DISGUSTING!

I was a patient at this practice for 8y Dr Philips one of the best GP unfortunately the old one Patel is a waste of time Went there with my daughter twice to get the referral to ENT at whipps cross We did wait 3 months for appointment in hospital When finally get to hospital we found out he send us to paediatrician instead of specialist from nose etc etc I called the practice and he did lie he didnt make mistake Letter from paediatrician says something else, at the end Patel crossed me and my kids of from patient list without even informing us Worse doctor ever, he google your symptoms on his computer Moskito bites he called chicken pox other day Not nice when you come over with kid, asked to keep my daughter away from him (shes blind and autistic) Avoid avoid avoid He should retire and make space for doctors who know what they doing coz obviously he has no clue

Terrible service. I had an appointment as I recently found out I am pregnant. I'm suffering with terrible morning sickness so cancelled my appointment yesturday and rebooked for today. I was feeling very sick and called up saying I'm a little late and was told that's fine as long as I get there before 12.i got there 4 mins to 12 with my 18 month old in my arm and doctor refused to see me. The receptionist said I can't just walk in when I want and demand to see a doctor?!! I called up and explained?! The woman even asked how do I know I am pregnant if I ain't the seen a doctor?! Are you for real I have morning sickness missed my periods and had 5 positive tests. Terrible service especially towards a pregnant woman. All I want is a hospital and midwife referral.Another thing is that I have been doctors plenty of times on time and the doctor hasn't seen me on time instead I had to wait 10+ minutes and not even an apology. Don't register at this surgery!!

Rang doctors at 09.30 was asked to ring back at 14.00. Rang back eventually answered to phone then put me on hold then asked how can I help. Said doctor Phillips will back between 14.00 & 18.00. Waited until 17.40 & rang again saying doctor has not rang back. Told not yet 18.00 he is doing ring backs now. Never rang back. Very bad service.
